Since our founding, we have focused on the development and provision of catalysts as our core business, advancing technologies that directly address customer challenges--such as improving reaction efficiency and reducing environmental impact. Backed by an integrated framework from development through production and scale-up, we have consistently translated performance established in the laboratory into stable, industrial-scale operations. This capability has enabled us to expand our business into a wide range of fields requiring high reliability and precision, including petrochemicals, automotive emissions control, energy-related processes, and pharmaceutical synthesis.

In recent years, industrial structures and the broader business environment have undergone significant change. The challenges we face are increasingly complex, and no single company can address them alone. Solving these challenges requires going beyond individual disciplines--bringing together expertise from different fields, designing effective solutions, and delivering them in forms that work reliably at scale.

Over more than 60 years, we have built a strong foundation of catalyst-based chemical and process expertise, together with long-standing relationships of trust with our customers. These form the basis for addressing today's challenges. Building on this foundation, we will further advance technological innovation and optimize performance in our core businesses, while expanding into new areas, including hydrogen and other emerging energy fields. In close collaboration with our stakeholders, we will contribute to solutions from development through to industrial-scale implementation.
